Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
Peel the bananas, place in a bowl and coarsely mash with a fork. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Put the MEVGAL Yoghurt into a deep bowl, add the eggs and sugar and mix together. Add the flour and yeast and mix well again.
Add the oil, mashed bananas and white chocolate pieces and beat well until the mixture is smooth. Line a muffin tin with cases. Fill the cases with the mixture until they are about two-thirds full. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Tip: you can replace the white chocolate with dark chocolate. The result will be just as delicious!
