Preheat the oven to 140–150˚C.
Cut the meats into equally sized portions and combine in a bowl. Season and add the garlic, onion and butter–oil mixture and mix.
Lay down a piece of greaseproof paper and add half of the meat, followed by a layer of MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese and then the carrots or potatoes. Place the rest of the meat on top and wrap in the greaseproof paper (like a roll or small parcel).
Wrap the roll or parcel inside the second piece of greaseproof paper and tie the ends with string to keep any juices inside. Place the parcel in a baking dish and bake in for about 3 hours.
