Put the two types of flour into a bowl and add the dried yeast, salt and butter. Rub the mixture with your
fingers to combine the ingredients. Ads the onion and the eggs and knead the mixture well (if necessary,
add a little lukewarm water to soften the mixture).
Add the MEVGAL Grated Cheese and knead again. Form two small loaves and place on a baking tray
covered with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle the loaves with sesame seeds and score lines across the top.
Bake until the bread rises and takes on a golden colour, about 35–40 minutes.
