Boil the prawns for a few minutes until cookedthen drain and peel. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion and garlic until softened.
Add the mussels and prawns and continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof baking dish and mix in the MEVGAL Kefalotyri Cheese and parsley. Season.
Beat the MEVGAL Dairy Cream with the mustard and wine and pour over the seafood mixture. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake until bubbling and starting to brown.
