Wash the lettuce, drain and roughly chop. Transfer to a large salad bowl. Add the celery, ham and MEVGAL Graviera Cheese. Toss lightly. Place the egg slices in a circle on top.
In a small blender, mix the oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and a little salt until combined to form a light sauce. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with the freshly ground pepper.
Tip: you can enrich the salad with croutons or coarsely chopped walnuts, which will complement the cheese.
