Preheat the oven to 200–220˚C.
Boil the broccoli in salted water for 8–10 minutes and then drain. Transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Mix the MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese and the MEVGAL Kefalograviera Cheese with two-thirds of the MEVGAL Dairy Cream, a little salt and plenty of pepper. Spread the mixture on top of the broccoli and mix gently.
Beat the rest of the dairy cream with the egg and pour the mixture over the contents of the baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
