Cut a slit in the chicken breast and stuff with the sun-dried tomatoes and MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-
Hard Cheese. Tie the breast with string. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden
brown on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
In the frying pan used for the chicken, drain the oil (don’t wash the pan) and add the wine. When the
wine has evaporated, add the mustard and MEVGAL Dairy Cream and stir to make the sauce.
Take the chicken out of the oven, cut into slices and pour over the sauce.
