100g MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese, cut into slices
Sunflower oil, for frying
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Make a slit the in the middle of the duck breast so that it butterflies open.
Heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the duck on both sides.
Remove from the heat and fill with the MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese then transfer to a
baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
Slice mushrooms into and fry in a frying pan with a little sunflower oil. When the mushrooms are cooked,
add the garlic and parsley and cooking for a minute or two more. Serve the duck with the mushrooms.
