200g MEVGAL Graviera Cheese, cut into small slices
½ kg potatoes
½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
Oil, for frying
Peel and cut the potatoes into round slices. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices – as
soon as they are brown on both sides, add the MEVGAL Graviera Cheese slices, sausage and bacon,mint and pepper.
Beat the eggs and add them to the frying pan. Shake the frying pan to spread the egg mixture.
as one side is cooked, flip the omelette to cook on the other side.
Tip: if you find it difficult to turn the omelette over, cook the omelette in a pan that can be put in the oven
and finish the cooking under the grill.
