Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spread the kadaifi pastry out and, using your hands, ‘backcomb’ it so that it acquires some volume. Make 12 circular nests with it and place them in a buttered ovenproof dish. Pour over the melted butter.
In a bowl, beat the MEVGAL Dairy Cream with the eggs and salt and pepper and add two-thirds of the grated MEVGAL Kefalograviera Cheese, the ham and parsley. Mix together and fill the nests with the mixture.
Top the nests with the peppers and the rest of the Kefalograviera. Bake for 20–25 minutes until they are crisp and golden.
