Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meat and onions, and fry for 7–8 minutes. Take the mixture off the heat and add the MEVGAL cheeses, dill, peppers and eggs and mix well. Lay half of the pastry sheets one on top of another and brush with a little oil. Place half of the filling onto the pastry and wrap into a roll.
Repeat the procedure for the rest of the pastry sheets and filling to make a second roll. Bake for 45–50 minutes. Serve the rolls cut into thick slices.
