Mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the milk, the eggs and the butter and beat until the batter mixture is smooth, with the consistency of thin cream.
Coat a non-stick frying pan (about 18cm diameter) with a little oil and pour in 2–3 tablespoons of the batter mixture, tilting the pan so that the batter covers the base. As soon as the pancake is done on one side, flip it onto the other side. Put pancakes onto a warmed plate. Continue with the rest of the mixture to make the remaining pancakes.
Use a fork to mash up the MEVGAL Manouri Cheese and divide it between the pancakes. Sprinkle on the dill and a little pepper. Wrap the pancakes into a roll and serve hot.
