Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 hour on a very
low heat until the onions soften into a paste.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roll out the pizza dough, place it in a greased oven tray and prick it with a fork. Spread the onions on
top, then the tomatoes and olives, and finish with the crumbled MEVGAL Feta Cheese. Bake at 200°C
for about 25 minutes.
