Boil the broccoli in a large pan for about 7 minutes. Remove the broccoli and boil the rice in the same
water for about 10 minutes. Drain.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the carrots. Add the rice, seasoning and broccoli and continue to
cook for half a minute more.
Serve in a bowl, garnished with the MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese.
