Wash and peel the courgette and cut into round slices. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Brush the vegetables with a little olive oil, season and bake for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Mix the MEVGAL Yoghurt with the MEVGAL Dairy Cream and the lemon juice. Season.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top of the vegetables and serve with the yoghurt sauce.
