Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
Wash the spinach and and boil for 5 minutes. Remove and drain well.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, then add the spinach, salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and add the MEVGAL Dairy Cream. Place the ingredients in an ovenproof dish, layering MEVGAL Feta Cheese between the spinach and finally on top. Bake for 5 minutes.
Tip: you can also add some chopped bacon with the onions.
