Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls. Cut half of the strawberries into small pieces and put them
in a bowl with the mint and a pinch of sugar.
In a food processer or mixer, blend the remaining strawberries with the orange juice to make a sauce.
Gently combine the MEVGAL Anthotyro Cheese, MEVGAL Dairy Cream, the sugar and the vanilla
essence in a bowl.
When serving, place the strawberries and the cream side by side on a plate and pour over the sauce.
