Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the dried yeast with 3 tablespoons of water, then add the sugar and salt. Combine with the flour and knead vigorously, gradually adding more water. Form the dough into a ball and leave it in a warm place to rise.
When the dough has risen, roll it out to a thickness of 1–2 cm and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat all the ingredients for the topping together in a bowl. Remove the pizza base from the oven, spread with the topping mixture, and return to the oven. Bake until the cheeses are bubbling and golden.
