Preheat the oven to 200–220˚C.
Mix the MEVGAL Kefalograviera Cheese with the MEVGAL Dairy Cream and a little black pepper.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and then sprinkle with paprika on the lean meat side. Divide the green peppers, ham and MEVGAL Kefalograviera Cheese between the chicken breasts and roll them up. Use a net or string to secure them.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and place the chicken rolls in the frying pan and fry on both sides until browned. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and pour over the wine. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and browned.
