Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey over a high heat. When cooked, take the turkey out
of the pan, add a spoonful of olive oil to the same pan (don’t wash it first) and cook the peppers.
Combine the peppers with the turkey, sprinkle with the MEVGAL Makedoniko Semi-Hard Cheese
(either grated, cubed or cut into strips) and put under the grill for 5 minutes, until golden brown.
